Mauricio currently serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, Fl., During his professional career Mauricio has served as Vice President of Information Security at Mercantil Bank, as Sr. Manager of Security and Compliance at Universal Orlando Parks and Resorts, as Information Systems Security Officer at Harris Corporation supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the US Census Bureau, and he also worked at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) at the Kennedy Space Center, FL., where he supported the Kennedy Integrated Communications Services (KICS) contract.
Mauricio currently serves in the Board of Directors at Infragard (FBI public-private information sharing group) and the South Florida CISO Council. Mauricio is currently pursuing his Executive Doctorate degree in Business Administration with concentration in Information Security at St. Thomas University. He received his MS in Information Security at Nova Southeastern University, and his BS in Information Studies from Florida State University. In Tina’s current role at ADT, she manages the delivery of the Core Infrastructure/Collaboration Services portfolio of projects while establishing and refining the group’s Project Management Organization (PMO) governance and standards. Further she serves as the departmental communication lead with regard to status and future-state plans within her portfolio.
In addition to her daily responsibilities at ADT, Tina is enrolled in the Executive Doctor of Business Administration in Information Security (EDBA-IS) at St. Thomas University. As part of the program, she studied abroad for a week in Brussels, Belgium to learn about the Cyber Security and Privacy initiatives along with the changes in global political, economic, and technological developments in Europe.
Tina also serves as VP of the South Florida chapter of the Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA) as well as an active member of the following organizations: Women in Technology International (WITI), Take Stock in Children (as a mentor), Palm Beach Tech - Women’s Council, and South Florida Technology Alliance (SFTA).
