Biographical Information

Rosario is the Co-founder & CEO of VR Americas LLC, a company dedicated to expanding the frontier of immersive technologies in industrial applications. She is also the Co-founder and President of Business Creative Partners, a consulting firm specializing in direct investment operations in Latin America, with a special interest in technology, innovation, and digital business. She is also Co-Creator of 4 Dimensional Quotient, a project helping decision makers to navigate in today’s digital reality.


Rosario is a Big Data Advisory Board Member at Rutgers University, an Entrepreneurial mentor at the Tandon School of Engineering at NYU, and a WE NYC Mentor NYC. In 2017 was named one of the 100 Top World disruptors in New York City by the WSIE and appeared in media such as NatGeo, Forbes, Huffington Post among others. Speaker at TEDx, NAB Show, Augmented World Expo, Steamnista, The World Summit on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, The World Innovation Network TWIN Global, among others.


Rosario served as the Chief of Staff for the First Lady of Colombia, and as a Senior Consultant at the World Bank, where she dealt with economic and anti-corruption matters in Latin America. She is a Former CEO of Grupo Senseta, Inc., a Silicon Valley state-of-the-art Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning technologies. Previously, Rosario held a leadership role at the opening of Julius Bar Private Bank in Colombia. She was an external advisor for SAS Institute, and serves as a Delegate for the TWIN World Innovation Network, Member of the Colombian Forum of Presidents and Dreamers//Doers cofounder Member.

Biographical Information

Alexander Abramov is the Director of Information Risk at Bank of New York Mellon. Previously Alex has served as a Technology Risk Controller at JP Morgan, Practice Leader for IT Governance and Compliance at EY, Senior Manager at BDO Seidman, and Head of Application Development and a DISO at Bristol-Myers Squibb. 


Alexander has served as the President of ISACA New York Metropolitan Chapter 2017-2019 and has been a member of Board of Directors since 2007. As the President, he has initiated and developed partnerships with the leading cybersecurity education and research organizations: Law Enforcement Alliance for Digital Evidence Response (LEADER); iQ4; and Americas Institute for Cybersecurity Leadership (AICL)
His credentials include Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and FINRA Series 99. 


Alexander holds Masters Degrees in both Electrical Engineering (Robotics and Automation) and Business Administration. He is a co-author of “Cyber Risk” and “Governance, Compliance and Supervision in the Capital Markets”. An accomplished speaker, Alexander has presented at over 30 conferences in North America and Europe on the topics of Risk Management and IT Compliance.

Biographical Information

Julia is an expert in economic and workforce development emphasizing the importance of creating synergies between businesses, local administration and various communities. She has worked with multiple international organizations providing Business Development and market entry strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth. Julia has applied her expertise to increase the participation of international companies in U.S. trade missions to facilitate economic growth. She has merged her passion for entrepreneurship and community development to help non-profit organizations grow their initiatives.


In her current role, Julia works closely with regional technology associations, school boards, universities, and local companies to enhance workforce development programs. Her emphasis is to strategically position CSBD with respect to emerging technologies and workforce needs of technology industry. Julia is passionate about women empowerment, diversity inclusion and veteran employment. She established ISACA South Florida’s “SheLeadsTech” initiative to help increase women representation in technology leadership roles. Julia has earned an M.B.A in Entrepreneurship and Bachelor Degree in International Business. Recently, Julia has been invited to be part of executive delegation to European Union to develop collaboration in cyber security and privacy research.
