Abdul Rahim Charif is an adjunct professor in St. Thomas University, where he has been since 2018. He currently serves as a lecturer for information security classes. He received his CEH certification in 2017, he has been serving as an EC-Council review board member since 2017. He received his CISSP certification in 2019. He received his M.S. in information security and received his Ph.D. in information assurance from Nova Southeastern University in 2017. He is a senior software engineer at Citrix since 2013.
His research interests span both computer security and information system security. Much of his work has been improving the understanding and the design of secure information systems, mainly through design theories and secure software design paradigms. He published "Context-Aware Secure Information System Design: a Socio-technical Approach" in International Federation for Information Processing and "Designing Secure Information Systems: A Context-Based Approach " in 25th International Conference on Information System Development in 2016.

Dr. Doss is an energetic strategic visionary who is an accomplished Senior Level Executive that leverages his equally strong technical and business skills to manage a portfolio of Cyber and IT programs. Dr. Doss’ role is to ensure the highest quality products and services are provided to their clients and to provide C-level consulting and leadership. He has both architected and developed state of the art software and network systems to detect and protect against the most challenging Cyber adversaries.

Dr. Dawn Dunkerley is a Consulting Manager with Partners in Performance focused on the operationalization of cyberspace to achieve critical business objectives and balance cyber risks while optimizing investments. Prior to this, Dawn spent more than 10 years within the United States Department of Defense civilian sector.
Dr. Dunkerley received a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University in 2011 with a doctoral focus of information security success within organizations. Dr. Patrick I. Offor is an Associate Faculty at the City University of Seattle (information security and information system), a Logistics Staff Officer with Headquarters, Department of the Army for Logistics, and a Chief Warrant Officer in the United States Army. He had served as the Chief, Supply and Mobility Division in the White House Communication Agency and a Capabilities Developer for the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) in United States Combined Arms Support Command (USCASCOM).

Dr. Derek Sedlack is a published author, patented inventor, and distinguished international lecturer in the areas of Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and Enterprise Integration Engineering. For more than 20 years, Dr. Sedlack held business positions with escalating privileges that integrated software engineering solutions for many of the Fortune 100 companies like: Boeing, AT&T, Dayton Hudson Corporation (Target), Sony, Carrier, and Ford Motor Co. Dr. Sedlack designed software engineering solutions that focused on efficiency for IBM, HP, and Dell led to multiple patent designs (awarded by the US P&TO) generating millions in revenue and reducing either manual labor or human error.
As CIO of an established Virginia federal contracting company, Dr. Sedlack researched, wrote, and managed multi-million dollar contracts that included partnerships with NASA (JPL), multiple NCAA Universities, and specialized research organizations to enhance space travel and combat global pollution. As CTO with a national mortgage company, Dr. Sedlack redesigned the IT architecture to reduce Cyber threats coming from China and Romania and improved VoIP efficiency more than 260%.
Dr. Sedlack holds an appointment as Associate Professor of Cybersecurity with the University of Maryland Global Campus in Europe (UK, Germany, and Italy), serving separated and active-duty freedom fighters as liaison to a better tomorrow through graduate education. He consulted 4-star General Wolter’s Staff for the United States Air Force Allied Command in Europe and Africa on topics of behavioral and organizational security, distinguished speaker for The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association in Germany, and been invited speaker as enterprise integration consultant. For 3 years in a row, Dr. Sedlack was invited as Visiting Professor to the Technical University of Kaiserslautern to teach graduate courses on information security with a focus on risk management to computer science, engineering, and robotics students.

Dr. Roger Seeholzer currently leads in two branches, first as a consultant in a self-started company conferring with Atlanta area businesses, developing strategy and compliance program for a multi-faceted non-profit operating at a local and global level. Second, he facilitates, mentors, and conducts training as an Adjunct Associate Professor for the University of Maryland, University College, Adelphi, MD, focusing on areas of networking, security, and emerging technology.
Dr. Seeholzer retired from the civil service where he last worked for the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, as the Security Architect, Information Security Architecture & Engineering Division. Notably, he led several landmark efforts such as the Department’s Defense in Depth strategy, Intrusion Defense Chain methodology, and Security Operations Center focused security architecture. He also co-authored the information security strategy for the CISO, while directing the activities of a contract team providing architecture, engineering, and program support.
Dr. Seeholzer had assignments at the US Army, Pentagon; US Army Reserves HQ; and a US Army Division HQ in Europe. As a Veteran and while on active duty in the US Air Force, he received accolades as the Wing Historian of the Air Force capturing a major portion of the USAF’s global and strategic reconnaissance activities and specifically for documenting the activities of a specialized wing operated during Operations Desert Shield/Storm.

Sean currently serves as the Senior Director for Cyber Defense at Verizon Media Group (formerly Yahoo), where he leads teams of investigators, security engineers, intelligence analysts, and incident responders who work to fight cybercrime and defend our members and platforms from attack. Prior to joining Verizon Media, Sean worked at Google as a cybercrime investigator, and prior to that spent seven years as a Special Agent with the NASA Office of Inspector General, Computer Crimes Division.
Sean has spent his career focusing upon cybercrime investigation, incident response, and forensics, with an emphasis upon dismantling large-scale, worldwide crime syndicates including botnets, computer intrusions, and child trafficking investigations.
Sean has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Davis, a Masters in Criminal Justice from Boston University, and a PhD in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. His research interests include hacker innovation, deterrence, and emerging cybercrime trends.
